Thanks for hosting the link party! Great fun to look at everyone's ideas! To answer your question (since I have no idea how to do that directly...) to make the chick runner, I used heat and bond to actually attach the chicks to the burlap, but then I did a zigzag stitch around the edge to look like it was sewn on. (I actually hand sewed their little beaks on but completely cheated with the legs and used puffy paint!) Again, thanks so much for the link party!!!
